Job Description

-The scientist will be involved with product design, development, testing, verification, and validation of instruments, consumables, assays, and protocols.

-Synthesis, purification and characterization of bioconjugates consisting of antibody, enzyme and polymer scaffold. Optimize the conjugates for immunoassay related applications. Validation of assays on bench and instrument.

-Assist in the development of SOPs, work instructions, and forms .Purification of the conjugates by size exclusion chromatography using GE AKTA platform.

-A successful candidate is expected to master bioconjugation related skills within the first year. The candidate must be familiar with GE AKITA system and UNICORN software and size exclusion chromatography.

Qualifications and Skills:

-Masters(required) with 5+hands-on experience

-PhD with 3 years of related biotech industry experience

-bioconjugation, cross-linking chemistry, protein purification, immunoassays (IHC, ELISA, IF), in-vitro diagnostic reagents development.

-GE AKTA: 1 year (Preferred)

-Immunoassay Product Development: 1 year (Preferred)

-In-vitro Diagnostic Product Development in a Industrial Lab: 1 year (Preferred)

-Protein-Protein Conjugation: 1 year (Preferred)

-Must be able to work onsite 40 hours a week
